Fogging Systems
In order to cool the plant in the greenhouse (1000-1400 psi), Fog fogging systems are envisaged to operate at a pressure between 70-100 bar. While the water sprayed from special fogging nozzles spreads to the environment in the form of billions of 5-15 micron particles, it disappears by passing into the gas phase within 1-2 meters.
HIGH PRESSURE FOGGING SYSTEM

FOGGING TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
In the fogging system we have designed, the greenhouse is divided into two parts.
- The fogging system of each section will work independently of each other.
- Each section will be fed by a pump with a flow capacity of 135 lt/min.
- Spray nozzles of approximately 0.3 mm hole diameter, cleanable, drip-proof, nickel-plated brass, will be used in each section.
- At 70Bar, which is the working pressure of our system, each spray nozzle with a hole diameter of 0.3mm performs a flow of 0.105 lt/min, so approximately 105 lt/min flow will be provided in each section.
- Nozzles will be placed on the fogging lines at intervals of 3 meters.
- Fogging lines are 10mm in diameter and made of ss304 material.
- Supply lines are 20mm in diameter and made of ss304 material to minimize pressure loss.
- Nozzle carriers are nickel plated brass, all other fasteners are stainless steel.
